· Strip down of main unit
· Cleaned all stainless steel contact parts.
· Shot blasted all mild steel parts.
· Overhauled motors with new bearings and seals and painted.
· Fitted flanged bearings and oil seals on shaft assemblies with food grade grease.
· Re-gasketed side covers with silicone sponge.
· Fitted new stainless steel lid clamps.
· Painted main unit and all contact parts in food grade paint.
· Reassembled and test run.
