Used Comber model PF500 stainless steel 316L nutsche filter dryer. Filtration surface 0,70 sqm. Vessel total capacity 650 litre, working capacity approx. 500 litre. Unit has welded dished top and bottom mobile filter plate with hydraulic lock and hydraulic lifting-max. stroke 600 mm. Inside diameter 950 mm. Internal rated full vacuum/4 bar max. pressure at -15/140°C. Stainless steel external jacket rated 3 bar maximum pressure at -15/140°C max. temperature. Hydraulically lifted, max. stroke 300 mm, S-blade heated agitator is top driven via gearbox by el. motor. Vari speed drive. Bottom side plug type of discharge diameter 200 mm, hydraulicaly operated. Bottom side mounted sampling valve. Has a top mounted jacketed dust filter. N2 purged and Ex-proof design. Includes hydraulic power pack and local control panel. Mounted on (3) stainless steel legs.
