4" Mdl CP45 Compounding Pelletizing Line

Used Farrel Model CP45 Compounding/Pelletizing Line consisting of: 4" Farrel continuous mixer with #15 style rotors. Driven by a 100 hp motor. Mixer has jacketed chamber. Mixer discharges into a 5" 10/1 L/D extruder, driven by a 150 hp motor. Includes Gala #6 underwater pelletizer driven by 10 hp 230/460 volt motor, 40 gpm water tempering system, and 16.2 ECL Gala spin dryer. Previously used on PP, Nylon and, at times glass filler in some cases. Spare parts for the above unit include reconditioned spare chamber with rotors, spare extruder gearbox, spare mixer gearbox, and spare extruder barrel & feed throat.
