24' Long CDS Stainless Steel Auxiliary Spray Cooling Tank

Description

Used CDS model CST24-90-24SPL auxiliary spray cooling tank with indexing capability for passing lumber under additional cooling nozzles perpendicular to extrusion flow prior to exiting tank. Tank is 8’ wide X 24’ long. Has stainless steel construction, equipped with approximately 10” wide 24’ long stainless steel dump table for collecting extruded product after cut-off saw. Product is then deposited onto side shift conveyor where additional cooling from overhead spray nozzles occurs. Upon completion, cooled product is then discharged through side of cooling tank. New 2000.
