Description

Used 12" diameter Readco twin screw processor. Mixing chamber with 12" diameter overlapping screw segments 96" long. With 3" transition section to 10" diameter. 41" long metering discharge section. 3-zone jacketed barrel formerly driven by 40 HP DC drive that is not available. New 1975 but reported only used experimentally for 200 hours or less. Reported designed for continuous mixing of paste, doughs, and high viscosity products with ingredients continuously subject to shear, compression, expansion, and kneading actions. S/N 104762. Order no S-22745. Screws are carbon steel with the discharge sect hardened.
