Description

Used Extrusion Reprocessing Line Consisting of:
- 8" Hartig 30/1 L/D vented Extruder with ram stuffer at feedthroat. Has electrically heated water cooled barrel. Driven by a 400 hp AC motor. Flender gearbox with 30.248/1 ratio, rated for up to 600 hp. Includes control panel.
- Xaloy Hydraulic Continious Screen Changer, dual piston type, with hydraulic power unit and controls.
- Gala Mini 6 Underwater Pelletizer with 60 GPM water tempering system and 32.BF Spin Dryer.
- Vibrating screener.
Extruder currently has a HDPE screw producing approximately 1200 lbs/hr.
