Description

2003 Continental Biomass Industries CBI Annihilator Processing System, comprising a heavy-duty hydraulic shredder with fabricated feed hopper and replaceable lined shredder box; dual-ended toothed rotor supported by fixed and floating bearing assemblies; pivoting anvil door equipped with thirteen replaceable cutting teeth and fourteen wear guides; dual 300 HP electric-motor hydraulic power unit with Rexroth A4CSG pumps and two Hägglunds CB-400 hydraulic motors; side-mounted hydraulic and electrical assemblies; and a Krause chain-belt discharge conveyor, S/N 03KRA00203, incorporating head and tail shafts, idler sprockets, return rollers, UHMW wear strips, support structure and a Sumitomo gearbox with 30 HP motor. The associated plant layout also depicts a taper-slot screener, fines and overs magnetic separators, multiple transfer and incline conveyors, a picking conveyor, wood-transfer conveyor, 4872 secondary grinder with two 300 HP motors, permanent discharge magnet, and mill-discharge/transfer conveyors.
