Installation for packaging powders/granules in glass or plastic jars sealed with a grinder

Description

Used installation for packaging bulk products/spices (powders/granules) in glass or plastic jars sealed with a grinder. The installation operated at an optimal capacity of 1,333 pieces/hour. Installation includes the following equipment:

- automatic 24-head dosing machine designed for continuous operation, made by Preci S.R.L., model Atollo R 24 (Italy), manufactured in 2008. The machine last worked on glass bottles in the following dimensions: height: 114 mm, outer diameter: Ø 41.5 / Ø 44.5 mm, mouthpiece diameter: inner Ø 28 / outer Ø 33.5 mm and height: 121.5 mm, outer diameter: Ø 37 / Ø 38 mm, mouthpiece diameter: inner Ø 23 / outer Ø 27 mm, as well as on plastic bottles in the following dimensions: height: 114 mm, outer diameter: Ø 41.5 / Ø 45 mm, mouthpiece diameter: inner Ø 30.5 / outer Ø 33.5 mm.

- automatic rotary capping machine with 4 heads made by Zalkin, type Capper CA4/360 (France), manufactured in 2015. The machine was last used with caps in the following sizes: plastic caps with a grinder (for capping) ø51 x h49.7 mm, 0 thread, and plastic caps/caps with a 38 mm flap (for capping) ø40.5 x 18 mm, 1 thread. The machine has a maximum capacity of up to 6,000 bottles / hour. A belt feeder for caps/caps is included.

- optical filling level and capping controller for packaging made by XT-VISION SARL model XT-360.6C (France).

- sleeve-type foil applicator manufactured by CLEVER SRL UNIPERSONALE model GS 307 (Italy) manufactured in 2009. The device has a maximum capacity of up to 12,000 pieces / hour. The machine includes a foil feeder and a shrink tunnel.

- automatic cartoner for bulk packages made by Fabryka Systemów Pakących Pablo PL Sp. z o. o. model UNILINE AU-10-TA-R (Poland), manufactured in 2015. The machine is equipped with a package grouper, packaging machine, shrink tunnel, and electric control. Packaged product format: 2x3 or 2x2, packaged on a tray with or without a tray edge, wrapped in foil.
