Used 18mm approximately 28/1 L/D Leistritz Micro-18 Co-Rotating Twin Screw Extruder, serial number #473614, new 1994. Screw speed of 500 RPM. 6 barrel segments, upper ports in segments 1, 2 and 6. 6 barrel zones controlled by Eurotherm 808 temperature controllers. Driven by a 2.3 KW (3.1HP) Lenze DC motor at 2950 RPM with a Parker 512C DC drive, 230/3/60, about 20 amps. Mistic PLC controller. 42" centreline, on casters. Includes conveying and kneading barrel segments. Does not include screw shafts.
