100 L Homogenizing Mixer

Description

Used vertical, stainless steel homogenising mixer with a total volume of about 180 litres and a working volume of 100 litres. The machine has internal dimensions of the mixing chamber: diameter 600 mm x length of straight side of wall 620 mm. The mixer is equipped with an anchor agitator with wall scrapers. It is bottom and top supported, and top driven by a gearbox and electric motor 2.2 kW, 1420 rpm, 230/400 V, 50 Hz. Gearbox reduction i = 40. Working rotation of agitator up to 35.5 rpm. There are also static baffles mounted inside the mixing chamber. The mixer has a stainless steel heating jacket, equipped with two electric heaters. The top is ellipsoidal, bolted, and opened manually. Central bottom discharge via bypass pipe and homogenising mill, driven directly by 4 kW, 2905 rpm, 400/690 V, 50 Hz. The mixer is equipped with a local vacuum pump (0.61 kW) and control panel. The machine is mounted on 4 stainless steel legs.
