100 L Homogenizing Mixer

Used vertical, stainless steel homogenizing mixer with total volume about 180 l and with working volume 100 l. Machine has internal dimensions of mixing chamber: diameter 600 mm x length of straight side of wall 620 mm. Mixer is equipped with anchor agitator with wall scrappers. Bottom and top supported and top driven by gearbox and el motor 2.2 kW, 1420 rpm, 230/400 V, 50 hz. Gearbox reduction i = 40. Working rotation of agitator up to 35,5 rpm. There are also static baffles mounted inside the mixing chamber. Mixer has stainless steel heating jacket, equipped with two electric heaters. Top elipsoidal, bolted, opened manually. Central bottom discharge via bypass pipe and homogenizing mill, driven directly by 4 kW, 2905 rpm, 400/690 V, 50 hz. Mixer is equipped with local vacuum pump (0,61 kW) and control panel. Machine is mounted on 4 stainless steel legs.
