1128 l total volume Seitz Type GB1000CWI Stainless Steel Vertical Reactor

Description

Used stainless steel reactor by Seitz, type GB1000CWI, with a total volume of 1128 litres and a working volume of 1000 litres. Stainless steel grade: 1.4571 (316 Ti). The tank is rated for operation at pressures ranging from -1 to 3 bar. The stainless steel heating jacket has a volume of 101 litres and is designed for operation at pressures up to 2 bar. Maximum working temperature is 150°C. Top welded and equipped with an inspection manway 400 mm in diameter, featuring a bolted lid. The reactor has a top-mounted propeller agitator driven by an electric motor with a power of 0.75 kW, 220/380 V, 50 Hz. Operating shaft speed is 440 rpm. The agitator is fitted with mechanical sealing. The ellipsoidal bottom has a central discharge outlet with a manually operated valve. The reactor is mounted on four stainless steel legs.
