Description

Used 4839 kW cogeneration plant with MWM natural gas synchronous generator set capacity 4839 kW / 5486 kVA.

The plant includes the following equipment:
- MWM TCG 2032 V16 natural gas engine manufactured in 2011 with a nominal power of 4389 kW, 1000 rpm, turbochargers ABB A-140-H56. Hours of use: 44,765 hours.
- AVK DIG 156 m/6 generator manufactured in 2011 with a nominal voltage of 6000 V, nominal power 5985 kVA. Hours of use: 44,198.
- Ambitermo RSV-V-570 steam generator unit type recovery, vertical water-tube evaporative bundle with economiser. Power 1580 kW, heating surface 887.28 m², steam production 2550 kg/hour, operating volume 385 l.
- Steam boiler drum, feedwater system and boiler treatment, safety system and boiler treatment.
- Low and high temperature cooling systems, plate heat exchanger, circulation pump, cooling module.
- Substation unit with one transformer and switching cells of 6000 kVA 6/15 kV and one auxiliary unit of 250 kVA 0.4/15 kV.
- Metering system, control room.
