Paper straw production line with approximately 2500 straws/hour per line

Description

Used paper straw production lines manufactured by Eberle in 2020 with a capacity of 227,485,440 straws per year.
The line includes the following equipment:
- Reel Stand: 3 plies of paper (19mm, 19.4mm, 21mm from left to right) used to make a 7.3mm straw. 2 reels (bobbins) at each station.
- Glue Unit.
- Winding Section: 3 plies introduced under tension, with equal paper overlap set for mechanical strength of the straw. Two 18mm drive belts instead of one, resulting in better adhesion and higher speed.
- Cutting Section: 60 cuts per minute = maximum 60 x 7 straws = 420 straws per minute.
- HMI Operator Interface.
- Automatic straw length measurement: Dual laser sensors set to the desired straw length allow precision measurement of individual straws to 0.1mm. Automatic rejection of straws at full speed.
- Overwrapper Machine: 900 straws per minute wrapping capacity. Lightweight 23gsm wrapping paper.
- Overwrapper Dual Printing Unit.
- Straw Packing.
