Description

Used WAB Dyno-Mill model KD 6 (6) stainless steel horizontal bead mill. Stainless steel jacketed milling chamber has a capacity of approximately 6 litres and is rated for a maximum product pressure of 2 bar at a maximum temperature of 80°C. Jacket rated maximum pressure 8 bar, minimum cooling water temperature -20°C. Shaft is equipped with (6) polyurethane grinding discs and belt-driven by an EExe eII T3 electric motor 10 kW, 1465 rpm, 50 Hz. Agitator disc circumferential speed 10 m/s. Shaft sealed with double mechanical seal. Gap type milling beads separation mechanism. Includes integrated control panel and switchboard, carbon steel frame.
