Description

Used Hoeksma & Velt stainless steel vertical mixing tank with a volume of 6000 litres. The unit has welded dished top and bottom heads. Internally rated for atmospheric pressure at a maximum temperature of 90°C, the vessel is insulated. The unit measures approximately: 1820 mm inner diameter (1900 mm outer diameter) x 2330 mm straight side x 3650 mm total height. Central bottom discharge with a diameter of 50 mm and pneumatically operated GEA valve. The unit has two top-mounted off-centre agitators: one stainless steel impeller-type agitator driven via NORD gearbox by a 0.75 kW, 1415 rpm, 50 Hz electric motor; one stainless steel double impeller-type agitator driven via NORD gearbox by 1.1/1.4 kW, 1400/2780 rpm, 50 Hz electric motor. The lid is equipped with a number of flanges and an inspection hole with a diameter of approximately 500 mm. Mounted on three lugs.
