Used Rapid Granulator with 24" x 42" Feed Throat Opening
Model 2442 RS, Serial No. 85-859, new 1998
Features a 20-knife rotor with three bed knives, dual flywheels
Equipped with a conveyor infeed hopper with pneumatic tilt-back assist. The hopper conveyor infeed is enclosed and a 12" OD flanged side blow-in has been added
Includes a 12" OD left-hand facing Airveyor discharge
Belt driven by a 125 hp 460 volt 1780 rpm motor, 142 amps
Approximately 1" hole screen installed
Unit is mounted on a frame base
Includes across-the-line starter and control panel for the granulator and size 2 blower starter
Panel is fused but does not have a disconnect switch
