Used 16mm Thermo Electro Corp Prism Co-Rotating Twin Screw Extruder. Machine Type PharmaLab 16 (40:1), serial no. 5803, new 2006.
Max speed 1,000 rpm, speed range 10 to 1,000 rpm with 18 Nm per shaft.
Electrical requirements: IP rating IP54, pressure 150 bar, throughput HME: 0.5–5 kg/h / TSG: 1–15 kg/h (depending on formulation). 480 volts, 3 phase, 60 Hz.
Maximum torque 18 Nm per screw, (7) barrel zones (first one is permanently cooled) and (1) die zone.
Includes operator controls with touchscreen input.
