Description

Used blow moulder by Krupp Coroplast, model B80. The machine can operate with a maximum output of up to 8,000 pieces per hour. Suitable for bottles with a volume range of 200–3,000 cubic centimetres. Maximum bottle dimensions: length 350 mm x diameter 126 mm. The machine is equipped with 10 forming dies. Power consumption: 380 V / 50 Hz / 125 kVA – for heating 108 kW, plus 80 kW for mechanics. Hot air consumption at maximum working output (8,000 pieces per hour, bottles with a volume of 2,000 cubic centimetres) – 25 bar – 480 cubic metres per hour. Pneumatics – 7 bar with consumption of 260 cubic metres per hour. Cooling water consumption – temperature 10–15 °C and pressure 3 bar – usage 10 cubic metres per hour.
