Used vacuum reactor made of stainless steel with a chamber capacity of approximately 50 litres by PREVAC (Poland). The reactor is intended for the synthesis of pure metal and metal oxide nanoparticles by the plasma method. The reaction chamber is made of chemically resistant stainless steel, adapted to work with a plasma system with a power of 3 kW, and is equipped with a water jacket. The reaction chamber is adapted to operate under conditions ranging from atmospheric pressure to high vacuum (10⁻⁸ mbar). The reactor is equipped with a gas dosing system, a vacuum pump, and a control panel. The efficiency of the synthesis process is 1 g per hour. The unit was manufactured in 2015.
