12500 L Vertical Stainless Steel Mixing Tank

Description

Used vertical stainless steel (AISI 304) mixing tank by ZUGIL (PL) with a working volume of 10,000 litres. Internal dimensions: diameter 2,600 mm x length of straight wall section 2,100 mm. The tank has a top-mounted, two-level paddle-type agitator, driven by a gearbox and electric motor with a power of 2.2 kW, 380 volts, 3-phase, 50 Hz. Agitator operating speed up to 20 rpm. The agitator is bottom-supported. The mixing chamber is equipped with four baffles welded to the wall. Top is flat, with a bolted stainless steel cover, fitted with a hinged inspection manway. Bottom is ellipsoidal, welded, with a central discharge outlet. The tank is mounted on three stainless steel legs. Manufactured in 2003. Last used in chemical production.
