500 L Dissolver By Oliver & Battle With Mixing Pan And Vacuum Pump

Description

Used dissolver by Oliver+Batlle S.A. (ES), type DISPERMIX 50, designed for operation under vacuum. The machine has a non-corrosive shaft with a working length of 144.5 cm. The shaft is belt-driven by an electric motor, 40 kW, 1470 rpm, 380/660 V, 50 Hz, with Ex motor design (ExeG). The shaft rotation is mechanically adjustable. The shaft is equipped with a stainless steel toothed disc, diameter 350 mm. The agitator can be raised and lowered over a range of 110 cm, operated hydraulically. The machine also has a lid cover with a diameter of 108.5 cm for vacuum operation, raised and lowered by two hydraulic actuators. Supplied together with the mixer are:
- vacuum pump Pfeiffer Vacuum model Hena 200, with an output of up to 240 m³/h, driven by a 5.5 kW electric motor
- stainless steel mixing pan with a volume of 500 litres, mounted on four legs, without a bottom discharge outlet
- local control panel integrated with two hydraulic devices
