Description

Used stainless steel vertical mixing tank by Bionaz (FR) with a total volume of 440 l and a working volume of 300 l. The tank has an internal diameter of 1120 mm and a length of the straight side wall of 510 mm. The mixing chamber is shaped as a truncated cone with an ellipsoidal bottom. Top open, with both sides covered by a stainless steel safety framework and manually operated covers. The tank is lined with a stainless steel heating jacket. Discharge by tilting, operated hydraulically. Hydraulic device missing. The tank is equipped with a stainless steel anchor agitator, driven by an electric motor 1.5 kW, 1400 rpm, 220/380 V, 50 Hz via variable-speed gearbox. The working rotation of the agitator is adjustable in the range from 10.5 up to 61 rpm. The tank is mounted on two stainless steel supports and has a local control panel.
