300 L Vertical Mixing Tank By Bionaz With Anchor Agitator And Heating Jacket

Description

Used stainless steel vertical mixing tank by Bionaz (FR) with a total volume of 440 litres and a working volume of 300 litres. The tank has an internal diameter of 1120 mm and a straight wall length of 510 mm. The mixing chamber is shaped like a truncated cone with an ellipsoidal bottom. Top opening, with both sides covered by a stainless steel safety framework and manually operated covers. The tank is fitted with a stainless steel heating jacket. Discharge is via tilting, operated hydraulically. Hydraulic device is missing. The tank is equipped with a stainless steel anchor agitator, driven by an electric motor 1.5 kW, 1400 rpm, 220/380 V, 50 Hz via a variable-speed gearbox. Agitator working rotation is adjustable in the range from 10.5 up to 61 rpm. The tank is mounted on two stainless steel supports and has a local control panel. Last used in the food industry.
