Description

Used mixer by Bühler (CH), type SPM-50-HT, with butterfly/tri-foil agitator designed for use under vacuum. The mixer has contact parts manufactured from stainless steel. The mixing shaft is approximately 1750 mm in length and is fitted with a butterfly agitator featuring three paddles and an external diameter of 1040 mm. The top cover is equipped with two pneumatic actuators and accommodates mixing pans with a diameter of 1100 mm. The cover can be raised by up to 500 mm. The agitator is belt-driven by an electric motor rated at 45 kW, 1470 rpm, 380/660 V, 50 Hz. The mixer can be hydraulically raised by approximately 90 cm. The machine is equipped with a local Siemens control panel with a touchpad and electrical cabinet. It also features a hydraulically operated post for the mixing pan. The working pressure in the mixing tank can reach 0.3 bar. The machine has been used for paints. The mixing pan is not included.
