180 L Vertical Conical Feeding Hopper For Powders

Description

Used vertical feeding powder hopper by AZO with a working volume of about 180 litres. Constructed in aluminium. Conical bottom. Diameter 800 mm x height of the cone 900 mm. Central discharge outlet with a diameter of 90 mm. Top welded and equipped with inlets: 250 mm diameter, 150 mm diameter, and one for dedusting with a diameter of 135 mm. Hopper is equipped with a butterfly valve, pneumatically operated, and a stainless steel frame for mounting a dedusting filter. A vibrating motor (0.15 kW, 2650 rpm, 400 V, 50 Hz) is mounted on the side wall. The hopper also has three level sensors fitted to the side wall. The tank is mounted on four lugs.
