Used Bachiller approximately 1,700 litre stainless steel 316L reactor. Internally rated for full vacuum / 3 bar design pressure at 143 °C. 46 litre capacity stainless steel jacket rated for full vacuum / 3 bar design pressure at 143 °C. Equipped with a ½ coil and hermetic heat insulation, helix-type agitator at double height driven by a 4 kW motor at 950 rpm, with refrigerated mechanical seal, manhole and 12 clamp-type ports on the upper bottom, ball CIP cleaning, klopper bottoms, mounted on 4 legs.
