Used 7,832 kW, 11,000 V, 50 Hz cogeneration plant that began operation in 2005 and was decommissioned in 2019.
Includes two Deutz (MWM) TBG 632 V16 engines fuelled by natural gas. Engines have approximately 45,000 to 50,000 hours of use.
- Each TBG 632 engine has the following specifications: 3,916 kW electrical output, 16 cylinders, speed 1,000 rpm, electrical efficiency 41.9%, thermal efficiency 44%, exhaust gas flow 20,897 kg/h, gas temperature 466 degrees Celsius.
- Steam generation specifications per engine: maximum steam flow with exhaust gases from engine 3 t/h, normal operating pressure 7.5 bar.
Equipment list includes:
- engines, generators, plate heat exchangers, oil tanks (fresh and waste), oil heat exchangers, platforms, ventilation ducts, boilers, deaerator, economisers, bypass valves (dampers), stacks, feed pumps, platforms, pumps, heat exchangers, control panels, and transformers.
