Description

Used Zanon reactor with an approximate total capacity of 64,000 litres, made of 304 stainless steel. Internal dimensions approximately 3400 mm diameter by 7810 mm over dished ends. Total height approximately 11,160 mm. Features welded dished top and bottom heads. Internal design pressure rated at 12 bar at 135°C. Equipped with a carbon steel jacket rated for 4.2 bar design pressure at 135°C. Includes an internal heating coil. Heating surface area for the jacket is 81 square metres, and for the internal coil is 36 square metres. Fitted with a 2-tier disc paddle agitator driven by a 135 kW motor at 122 rpm. Includes a mechanical seal.
