Description

Used equipment from a ceramic tiles production technological line made by Italian company S.I.T.I. in 2006. This line could perform full production cycle, from the procurement of raw materials to product packaging.
The plant had a production capacity for different tile types:- wall tiles 80-90,000 m2/month; facade tiles 50-60,000 m2/month; floor tiles 45-50,000 m2/month.
The main equipment available is as follows:
- Natural gas fed SITI F1-NH 2 channel roller kiln. Built in 2 levels to do double firing. Length is 35m, with production capacity approximately 1 million m2 / year.

- (5) glaze mills + stirrers
- (2) ball mills and crusher
- Spray dryer
- Drying tunnel + maxicompensator with shelves
- (4) CompAir compressed air generators, set, L 37kW each
