Used GEMS approximately 56.8 sq m 316L stainless steel horizontal shell and tube heat exchanger. Unit has (260) 316L stainless steel tubes measuring approximately 19 mm diameter x 3,650 mm long, 300 litre capacity, rated 9 bar design pressure at 80°C. 316L stainless steel shell measures approximately 500 mm diameter x 3,650 mm long, 420 litre capacity, rated 2 bar/full vacuum design pressure at 120°C. Unit has 316L stainless steel heads. Features bottom-mounted support lugs. Last used as a shell condenser.
