1212 HP NRM Gear Reducer

Description

Used NRM gear reducer previously used on 8" 30.8/1 L/D extruder. Gearbox rating is 1212 hp at 1750 rpm input supplying a service factor of 1.73 with 700 hp motor directly connected. Previously used with 900 hp DC motor which was directly connected. Includes integral tandem thrust bearing with dynamic capacity of 1,987,000 lbs and has a B10 life of 166,300 hours at 5000 psi and 100 rpm.
