Description

Used Cannon type GCI/450L/MI vertical white glass-lined reactor with approximately 450 litre working capacity and 638 litre total capacity. Internal dimensions are approximately 902 mm diameter by 665 mm diameter straight side. Features clamped dished top and welded dished bottom heads. Internally rated for full vacuum and 2.76 bar design pressure at -10/+230°C. Carbon steel jacket with 85 litre capacity, rated for 5.17/4.17 bar design pressure at -10/+230°C. Includes a 3-blade retreat curve agitator, belt-driven by a 1.5 kW, 415 volt, 3-phase, 50 Hz, 1420 rpm motor via a Highfield gears size 5 gearbox, rated at a 31:3 reduction ratio, and a mechanical seal. Also includes a Beavertail baffle which requires re-glassing. Mounted on 4 lugs.
