Description

Used IVANS approximately 2,400 litre stainless steel vertical process vessel. The unit measures approximately 1560 mm in diameter by 1480 mm straight side. The unit has a bolted dished top and welded dished bottom heads. Internally rated for 2 bar design pressure. The unit includes a stainless steel anchor agitator with wall scrapers and 3-tier 2-blade pitched paddles, directly driven by a 15 kW 415 volt 3-phase 50 Hz 960 rpm motor via a CARL Bockwoldt gearbox rated at a 42.24:1 reduction ratio. Also includes a stainless steel 3-tier 4-blade pitched paddle agitator, directly driven by an 18.5 kW 415 volt 3-phase 50 Hz 1485 rpm motor and gearbox. The unit is mounted on three side support lugs.
