82.0 kW MTI Model P-Z9-630-ADD High Viscosity Mixer

Description

Used MTI model P-Z9-630-ADD stainless steel jacketed mixer for high viscosity products. Stainless steel mixing bowl/can with carbon steel jacket has a total capacity of 630 litres, working capacity approx. 500 litres, rated at -1 bar at a maximum temperature of 95°C. Can measures approx. 940 mm internal diameter x 900 mm straight side, mounted on four wheels. Has a carbon steel jacket rated at 3 bar at 95°C maximum temperature. Equipped with a hydraulic powerpack to raise and lower the main arm, driven by an electric motor of 1.35 kW. Includes a local control start/stop control panel and electrical switchboard. Total height with lifted arm: 3500 mm. Unit equipped with three shafts with agitators as per the following specification:

(1) anchor agitator with wall scraper stirrer, 19 rpm. Driven by an electric motor 10 kW 380/3/50 Hz 1465 rpm.
(1) mixing shaft with (1) toothed disc agitator diameter 200 mm and (1) three pitched blades agitator, 400 - 1200 rpm, driven by an electric motor 58 kW 380/3/50 Hz.
(1) mixing shaft with high shear mixer, diameter 200 mm, 294 rpm. Driven by an electric motor 17.5 kW 380/3/50 Hz.
