This LEYBOLD HERAUS ZV-1200 is designed for coating (or deposition) different metalls and alloys on base, also for reactive deposition of materials like carbide, nitride and metall's oxid. For this purpose submission of 4 different gases is stipulated. The working chamber has a heater of bases with max.T=400 degC and 4 couples of vertical magnetrons. Max. dimension of base is 600 X 750 X 20 mm. Material of base - metall, ceramic, glass and some types of plastic. There are complete spare parts. The thickness of coat - max 4mkm. It is possible to make 4 coats on each side of base during a one technological cycle. For working it is necessairy to have cooled water (Pressure 4-5 kgs/cm2 and Temperature 10-25 degC) and tight air(Pressure 5-7kgs/cm2).
