Used GEA Aeromatic model MP1 stainless steel multi processor fluid bed dryer/granulator/coater. Can be used for drying, top spray fluid bed granulation and bottom spray powder, pellet & tablet coating. Stainless steel filter chamber approximately 16 litre capacity with a maximum product volume of 13.5 litre which is hinge mounted and removeable. Also includes Ultra coater with a 10 litre capacity. Operating pressure is 6 bar. Control system is Siemens Simatic OP37. Supply voltage 3 x 400 volt 3/50. Reportedly minimum batch weight 400g and maximum batch weight 6 kg. Unit is mounted on mobile base which includes a heater, circulating fan and Watson Marlow Model 504Du peristaltic pump. Includes a small box of spare parts.
