Hydrogen Plant (Steam Methane Reformer) 95000 SCFH

Used hydrogen plant (steam methane reformer) with capacity 95,000 SCFH. Plant was built in April 1992 and has run 24/7/365 apart from 1 week of outage each year. Expected to shut down during June 2018. Plant uses a 4-bed PSA system with Deltak Auxiliary boiler. Design production is 95,000 SCFH of Hydrogen, 26,000 LBM/Hour of steam. Design purity is 99.9%. Major equipment includes: - PCS7 Siemens control system. - Belco demineralised water tank with capacity 25,000 gallons, made in 1991. - Atlas Copco instrument air compressor, made circa 2014. - Atlas Copco instrument air dryer, made circa 2014. - Norwalk hydrogen compressor, size 6x12, 245 rpm, 2210 psig. - Howden natural gas screw type compressor, capacity 43.275 SCFH at 405 psig. - (4) vertical PSA vessels approximately 26 feet tall, 40 inch diameter, 375 psig at 150F, made in 2016. - Reformer vessel, 52 feet tall, with (22) tubes @ 4 5/8 inch diameter @ 38 feet tall. - Deltak Boiler, capacity 59,000 LBM/HR, MAWP 1400 psig, heating surface 3023 square feet, made in 1991. - Process steam generator made in 2015. - Various smaller pumps and motors. - Various duct work and metal.
