Used, universal mixer/cutter designed in stainless steel contact parts by Stephan (Germany) model UMC5. Mixer has mixing chamber designed in stainless steel with total volume 6 l. Working volume in range from 0,5 up to 2,5 l. Mixing chamber has stainless steel heating jacket. Top cover designed in polyphenylsulfon (PPSU), has installed manually operated scrapper agitator. Main agitator is equipped with cutting knives, designed in non-corrossive steel and is bottom driven by el. motor with power 0,75 KW, 230 V, 50 hz. Working rotation of agitator in range from 300 up to 3000 rpm. Mixer has local control panel and is equipped with oil type vacuum pump by Busch model 006-316. Oil volume 0.2 l, working vacuum range - 2 mBar. Pump is driven by el motor 0.37 kW. Last time used in food industry.
