Used set of three melting/processing tanks mounted on mobile stainless steel frame. Set consist of: - stainless steel jacketed mixing tank by Schweisstechnik Gmbh Lubeck (D) - total volume of mixing tank 18 l. Volume of heating jacket 7 l. Jacket is designed for work on pressure up to 6 bar and working temperature up to 95 C. Tank is equipped with top mounted frame agitator driven by 0.15 kW, 1370 rpm, 400 V, 50 hz. Working rotation of agitator up to 50 rpm. Tank has side wall discharge outlet with manually operated valve. Two units of - stainless steel jacketed mixing tank by Schweisstechnik Gmbh Lubeck - total volume of mixing tank 18 l. Volume of heating jacket 7 l. Jacket is equipped with electric heater with power consumption 650 W. Working temperature up to 95 C. Tank is equipped with top mounted frame agitator driven by 0.15 kW, 1370 rpm, 400 V, 50 hz. Working rotation of agitator up to 50 rpm. Tank has side wall discharge outlet with manually operated valve. All three tanks are connected to one control panel which can adjust speed of rotation of agitators in every tank and temperature. System new in 2001. Included some electrical schemes.
