Second hand lab two-roll mill for plastics manufactured by Schwabenthan Maschinenfabrik Berlin (Germany) type Polymix 150 A. Unit is equipped with two rolls with 150 mm diameter each. Total roll width 450 mm, working width 350 mm. Power installed 20.5 kW. Main drive 11.5 kW, auxiliary 1.6 kW. Electric heating up to 220 C surface temperature, power 5.9 kW. Optimal working surface temperature 180 C. Machine is equipped with lubrication system, two mixers (0.08 kW), two knives (0.09 kW), four material limiters and two control panels.
