Used planetary mixer by Molteni type I 600. Contact parts designed in stainless steel. Mixer is equipped with mixing pan with total volume 600 L and working volume 480 L. Internal dimensions of mixing pan: diameter 1060 mm X depth 650 mm. Mixing pan has heating jackets at the bottom and in the upper part of the wall. Mixer has two paddle/frame type agitators and one wall scrapper agitator. Main drive is belt driven by EL. Motor 22 kW, 970 rpm, 380/660 V. Working rotation speed of paddle agitators is 46 rpm, scrapper works with rotation 23 rpm. Agitators are rising and lowering hydraulically, by cylinder and hydraulic device driven by EL. Motor 2.2 kW, 1440 rpm, 220/380V. Includes electrical control cabinets. Shipping dimensions: 2800 mm X 1400 mm X 1800 mm.
