2.2" 20/1 Buss Ko-Kneader Pelletizing Line

Used 55mm Buss ko-kneader pelletizing line, new 2004. Line consists of: - Buss ko-kneader with 20/1 L/D. Model MK55-20HT-E, serial #04/431240. Driven by 75 hp AC motor, 460 volt, 3 phase, 60 hertz, 1780 rpm. Includes spare screw elements. - (2) side feeders model SF40-M-W and (1) crammer feeder all currently mounted on the 55mm Buss. - 70mm American Kuhne single screw cross-head extruder with 6/1 L/D. Electrically heated, water cooled with closed loop system. Driven by 30 hp AC motor. Gearbox ratio 18/1. Includes (1) spare screw. - Beringer Model 12I water ring pelletizing system including hot cut pelletizer, cooling conveyor, and spin dryer. No heat or motor controls included for extruder package. Previously used on nylon for total 200 hours use.
