43" by 17" NRM/Mega Machine Sheet Extrusion Line

Used NRM/Mega Machine sheet extrusion line, previously run on polypropylene at 350 kg per hour. Line consists of the following: - 4.5" NRM 32/1 L/D vented (plugged) single screw extruder. Extruder new in 1996, serial #19276, order #56946. Driven by a 250HP DC motor with SCR controller. Includes operator control panel, 10.89/1 gearbox ratio supplying 160RPM screw output, rated at 250HP with 1.25 service factor. Has electrically heated liquid cooled barrel. - Dynisco Model EH45, Serial #EH-45377 slide plate hydraulic screen changer. Includes hydraulic pumping system. - 100cm (39.5") Allied Die Inc Duroflex Die, Model AR100, Serial #AD-2145. Die gap maximum 2.5 mm. - 15HP Gear Pump system, 71RPM. - 110 cm wide (43") Mega individual roll driven vertical chill roll stack with 45 cm (17") diameter middle and bottom roll and 30 cm (12") diameter top roll. Each roll drive with 5HP AC variable speed motors & drives. Individual gearboxes with 35.6/1 reduction. Rolls are hydraulic actuated and include rotory unions for each roll. - Approx 8' cooling conveyor. - Rubber pull roll package.
