3.1" 10/1 Baker Perkins/SBS (Steel Belt System) Powder Coating Line

Used Baker Perkins/SBS (Steel Belt System) powder coating line consisting of: - 80mm 10/1 L/D twin screw extruder. Model MPCV 80, Serial #65097. Driven by 60 kW DC motor, 440 volt with EEI SCR motor controller. Has clam shell design barrel with air cylinder actuation. 60" center line height discharging onto a 6" X 12" jacketed, water cooled inclined tray - SBS (Steel Belt System Inc.) 48" wide X 14' long stainless steel cooling belt. Serial #ST156. Has 32" & 12" infeed cooling rolls and 24" over the belt spreader roll, each equipped with a rotary union, spreader roll with hydraulic cylinder actuation. - Pin bar "kibbler" at discharge end of cooling belt. - Downstream cooling belt line is mounted on wheeled carriage with gear head motor for forward/back mobility. - Has operator control panel. Line is rated 350-500 lbs hour. Line is able to be utilized on polyester or acrylic.
