75,000₴/hour. Optimus O-type shop-assembled packaged watertube boilers, 750 psig design @ 750°F, final steam temperature capable of operating at pressure between 350 to 675 psig. Built in accordance with ASME code and bearing NB stampings. Each unit is equipped with a Todd Variflame low NOx fully automatic burner for gas or #2 oil firing including fuel trains, forced draft fan with 150 HP TEFC electric motor drive 3/60/480V with starter, Fireye E 110 microprocessor-based flame management system to I.R.I., F.M., U.L., N.F.P.A. requirements, Moore microprocessor combination combustion and feedwater control system, and a 480V/120V control circuit transformer. Additional trim components consist of: 2 1/2" feedwater control valves with 3-valve bypass, feedwater stop and check valves, water column with water level probes, gauge glass, auxiliary float-type low water cut out, 1 1/2" continuous blowdown control valve and stop valve, (1) 3/4" chemical feed valve, 1 1/2" blowdown valves, vent and drain valves, desuperheater, safety valves and 8" main steam non-return valve, as well as miscellaneous valve trim. Also included is a 48 x 10 ft. high stub stack. The boiler assembly is mounted on a specially designed multi-axle drop-deck trailer.
