I am pleased to share my experiences with Perry Process and your customer service.

After you offered us the Morton mixer on October 26, 2023, we were initially skeptical. On one hand, we wanted to avoid taxes and duties; on the other hand, the mixer you offered for the purchase price seemed too good to be true. After my colleague Mrs. Wagner, who works in export, pointed out that the duties were relatively low and that the import VAT, although high at 19% of the product value, would be fully refunded by the authorities, our interest was aroused.

When we received your initial offer, we were interested in purchasing the mixer. Due to German bureaucracy and the intended use of the mixer as a replacement device in an ATEX zone, we couldn't proceed without the necessary approvals from the relevant authorities. The question of the missing CE label and the “EG Maschinenrichtlinie” also needed clarification. During this time, you were extremely helpful, providing all the necessary documents and information. With your support, we gradually obtained all the required approvals. Throughout this approximately three-month process, you accompanied us, tried to assist and even offered complex modifications. Your excellent customer service didn't end after the purchase – you kept us continuously updated and informed us of every progress.

Ultimately, you guided us beyond the purchase and logistics process, ensuring that the machine arrived in perfect condition and complete. We are extreme grateful for your support!
