Used Hosokawa model 1.2-VDC-41 stainless steel conical vacuum mixer dryer system. Approximately 120 litre working capacity, 440 litre total capacity. Internal rated full vacuum/0.49 bar design pressure at 160 deg.C. Unit has external stainless steel jacket rated 3 bar design pressure at 160 deg.C. Unit has stainless steel mixing screw top driven by a 1.5kW motor ans stainless steel orbit arm top driven by a 0.55kW motor. Unit includes stainless steel bottom outlet ball valve. Unit is mounted in mild steel lifting frame with hydraulic powerpack. System includes: top mounted stainless steel dust filter, stainless steel condensate receiver vessel, stainless steel vertical shell and tube condenser, Dustolex dust extraction unit, Hitema chiller unit, vacuum pump, fan, hot oil heater and control panel.
