Pan measures approximately 1,220mm diameter x 610mm straight side. Unit has clamped dished top and welded dished bottom heads. Internal rated 1 bar/full vacuum design pressure at 150 deg.c. External stainless steel jacket with 2.32 sqmt heating area rated 4.6 bar/full vacuum design pressure at 150 deg.c. Unit has bottom entry stainless steel S curve agitator with 15kw, 400volt, 3/50, 1467rpm motor though David Brown Radicon gearbox rated 227.661/1 reduction ratio. Unit has side discharge with Kemutec Kek model M303C stainless steel Kibbler with 3kw, 400volt, 3/50, 1415rpm motor. Unit is mounted in stainless steel frame.
