Used 84" wide Johnson Plastics Machinery 3-roll Sheet Stack. Serial #7844-72. Built 1972. Has (3) 18" diameter x 84" face matte finish rolls. Pneumatically adjusted. All (3) rolls driven by a 3 hp 3/60/230/460 volt, 1755 rpm gear motor with 30:1 ratio, with Turner Uni-drive, Model 11M4-40LR: 11 rpm - 9.406:1 ratio, 22 rpm - 4.456:1 ratio, 44 rpm - 2.288:1 ratio, 99 - 1.084:1 ratio. Track mover motor, 1/2 hp, 3/60/230/460 volt, 1725 rpm gear motor, 336:1 ratio. Has extra roll with sprocket. Includes control panel with ABB drives. Pull roll stand with (2) 8" diameter x 84" wide rubber rolls. Driven by a 2 hp, 3/60/208-230/460 volt, 1725 rpm gear motor, 30;1 ratio. adjustable speed drive. Ratios: 10.465, 5.058, 2.070, 1.000. Missing pull roll drive. Includes (3) Advantage chillers.
