Description

New polish made stainless steel laboratory sigma blade mixer. Mixing trough has total capacity of 3,0 l and working capacity of 1,5 l. It is equipped with heating/cooling jacket and an electric heating system. Mixing trough internal pressure: atmospheric with possible minimal vacuum to remove fumes. Maximal working temperature of mixing product: 200 Celsius degrees. Contact parts designed in polished stainless steel 316 grade, remaining parts designed in stainless steel 304 grade. Mixing trough equipped with two sigma blade agitators driven through a gearbox with electric motor 1.1 kW, 400 V, 50 Hz. Working speed of agitators: between 23 and 33 RPM regulated with frequency converter. Material of sealings: PTFE. Mixer is mounted on countertop construction. Manual unloading, the mixing trough is fixed. There is a revision hole is mounted on the lid.
